Our Consultants/Researchers
Whilst we do occasionally recruit people from other recruitment firms who feel frustrated by their limited growth prospects, the majority of our people come from a non-recruitment background. Typically they are graduates who have gained commercial experience but who are looking for a change in direction of their careers. Many have backgrounds in the disciplines they recruit in. They are characterized by having a passion for what they do and a pride in working for Quest and with their fellow colleagues.
